At Ooznest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, you’ll find everything you need to know about our returns process below.
You may request to return items within 30 days of delivery. For items marked as Clearance or Seconds, return requests must be within 14 days.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all components, promotional items, and free gifts. Return shipping costs and liability are your responsibility.
Returns are not accepted for customised items or digital software. If a return is agreed for such items, cancellation or restocking fees may apply.

1. Change of Mind Returns – 30 Days
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
• Items must be returned unused and in perfect, resaleable condition and in their original packaging
• All accessories, components, promotional items (including free gifts), and documentation must be included..
• You must request a return using the Form on this page prior to sending them back.
To start the process, please complete ‘Start A Return Request’ form on this page.
Once approved, you’ll receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) code and return instructions.
Please note:
• We will issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for:
• Return shipping costs.
• Using a tracked, insured delivery service (we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit).
2. Clearance/Second Items
Items marked as ‘Clearance’ or ‘Seconds’ must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
3. Items Excluded From Returns
Certain items are non-returnable:
• Customised products, including those with a cutting service.
• Software, once a registration or activation key has been issued.
If we do approve a return of such items, a restocking and administration fee will apply, the amount will be confirmed during the return process.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please do not submit a return request. Instead:

• Provide details and photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Additional Information
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges, only returns.
• Refund Deductions: We reserve the right to deduct a portion of your refund if goods show signs of use or are not returned in resaleable condition.
• Customs/International Returns: If returning from outside the UK, clearly mark the parcel as a return to avoid delays or customs charges.
