Manufactured from high quality stainless steel, these filament drive gears are perfect for high torque extrusion applications.

The tooth profile is carefully manufactured using a synchronised CNC process giving a super sharp clean cut tooth profile. The tooth profile has really good grip, and doesn’t build up plastic debris.

These hobbed pulleys are well suited for 1.75mm filament with a 5mm shaft NEMA17. They have been tested, and performed well, on flexible filaments and abrasive filaments.
