These Spring Loaded Tee Nuts have a spring loaded ball that prevents unwanted movement in the slot, it also prevents them from falling vertically under gravity. These Tee Nuts work by inserting them under the lip of the extrusion slot. Simply place the tee nut in the V-Slot and once the screw is engaged it will turn them into the bottom side of the V-Slot, once tightened the teeth grab into the anodized coating which ensures a no slip connection.
